A traditional Christian leadership academy in development Learn about our mission
LOCAL LEADERSHIP

A place to belong. A chance to lead.

Our proposed chapter network gives students opportunities to practice leadership in their communities through year-round activities, service projects, mentoring, and shared standards.

01 —
CHAPTER LIFE

Learning becomes action.

Chapters are envisioned to meet regularly—initially, roughly twice per month—with additional activities as appropriate. Chapters could organize supervised service days, educational visits, debate events, student-led meetings, and community improvement projects.

  • Student officer roles and supervised elections
  • Structured meetings, teamwork, and public speaking
  • Community service projects with adult oversight
  • Mentorship and responsibility appropriate to age
  • Leadership conferences or camps as the program grows
02 —
LEADERSHIP PROGRESSION

Five proposed achievement ranks.

Advancement would recognize demonstrated knowledge, character, service, reliability, and leadership—not simply attendance.

  • Civic Explorer — foundational citizenship and character
  • Civic Scholar — demonstrated learning and communication
  • Community Leader — teamwork and supervised service
  • Leadership Fellow — advanced responsibility and mentoring
  • Distinguished Leader — sustained character, service, and leadership
These ranks are a working framework. Detailed requirements and assessment policies will be published before programs begin.
03 —
CHAPTER MODEL

One mission. Local leadership.

Our goal is to develop a repeatable chapter model with central curriculum, safeguards, leadership standards, and local volunteers. No founding city, first chapter address, or opening date is being announced at this stage.

04 —
PROTECTING STUDENTS

Safeguarding is not optional.

Chapter operations will require parent communication, supervised activities, appropriate screening and training, clear reporting procedures, and safety rules. No chapter is advertised as currently accepting minors.
